3) Kindly remind you that pls don’t upgrade ROM from Malaysk on forum xda-developers or upgrade with other firmware which is not provided by Joying Official. Or it will result in some problems even may broken the head unit. also may can’t update your head unit with our future firmware anymore, and finally lost the service of head unit warranty.
4) If your car have factory amplifier like Bose or JBL sound system,it will no sound after you install it,you need to buy a harness adapter to decode your car factory sound system,then it will have high quality sound.
About shipping 1. We usually declare 80usd and mark "car radio (gift)" on the package to avoid and reduce customs taxes.If there is customs taxes,buyers need to pay for it.If you have special request,please contact us when you make order. 2. If you choose ship by DHL,some city will be a remote area for the DHL post company,you need to pay extra 30usd for the remote area fee. 3. All orders will be sent within 2-3 working days after receipt of payment (except weekend and festival) Warranty and return All our items are tested 4 times to ensure working properly before shipping and come with a 12-month Manufacture Warranty.
