How long the delivery time of China Post Registered Airmail?

1. We offer many products for free shipping via China Post Registered Airmail. When you choose this shipping method, please be aware of a longer time would be taken for transportation.

2. Parcel to Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, it will firstly be sent to Germany or Russia then forwarded to your country. The parcel may travel for more than 50 days. If you are in urgent to get the order, please don’t choose this shipping method. If you don’t mind the long delivery time, please be patient and wait. Missing or loss of a parcel happens rarely.

3. This shipping method is not available for detailed tracking service. You would only see the information of date of pick up and date of flight departure until arriving your country.

4. If you don’t receive the parcel after 14 days, you can check if any updates of the shipment status from your postal website. If more than 30 days or it’s close to the deadline of receiving confirmation date, please send a message to us. We will extend the days of confirmation. We can send a tracking application to post office however it will not help for locating the parcel or knowing the status instantly.

5. Sometimes the parcel may be held in the post office if you are not home when they were trying to deliver it or need you to pay up the duty/tax. They may leave a memo in your mail box, but they will not call you even the address label on the parcel indicates your phone number. Please contact post office proactively to arrange delivery or pick up. If no one declares the parcel, it will be returned to shipper after 1-4 weeks stay.

6. This shipping method is not guaranteed for import duty/tax free, but lower incidence comparing to the parcel shipped via FedEx or EMS.

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?

Do you provide tracking information?

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.

If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.

If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of SkypeIt - Things That Matters (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Exchanges

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
