Warranty and Return

1) The warranty is ONE YEAR from the date of payment. Every item was tested carefully before shipping. If you received a defective item, please mail us, our technicians will provide technical support. Most of the problem is only the misuse and misunderstand how to use.

2) We’ll not responsible for damage from improper installation, accident, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, and incorrect voltage operating the unit against the instructions in the owner’s manual. But if you have that problems you can send e-mail to us, we’ll give you support.

3) The exchange or refund is acceptable within 7 days after sign package, the item must be returned in original condition. We could only accept returning item via Post Office, couldn’t accept returning by DHL/UPS/FEDEX/TNT etc. The return shipping cost is buyer’s responsibility.

Will my items be sent in one package?

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds
