HOW TO USE CR-5400 When using new microSD or microSDHC card(s) it needs to be formatted with a SONY product before you can store any data.
If you use only one microSD or microSDHC card it must be inserted into slot#1 in order to work.
When using a card reader always insert the memory cards into CR-5400 adapter first. Don`t take out the microSD or microSDHC card(s) and perform direct white operations from PC to single card(s).
If you do YOUR DATA WILL BE CORRUPT.
REUSING YOUR microSD or microSDHC CARDS FOR OTHER DEVICES THEN CR-5400
If you experience formatting problems(i.e. only half of the original capacity), Please format this card(s) in slot#1 of CR-5400(slot#2 MUST be empty).
After this you will be able to use your microSD or microSDHC card(s) in other devices again.
